TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming their payment, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”).
These T&Cs govern all services provided by Italy Easy Travel, acting exclusively as a travel planning consultant. The services include personalized travel advice, tailor-made itinerary design, and curated recommendations for travel experiences in Italy and Europe.

2. Scope of Service

Italy Easy Travel provides custom travel planning services, including but not limited to:

• Personalized itineraries tailored to the client's preferences and budget

• Recommendations for transportation, accommodation, restaurants, and activities

• Budget-conscious travel advice

• Guidance on routes, logistics, and local discoveries

• Suggestions for eco-conscious travel options (e.g. public transportation, slow travel)

⚠️ Italy Easy Travel is not a travel agency.
We do not make bookings or payments on behalf of the client. All reservations must be made directly by the client with the recommended providers.

3. Payment & Confirmation

Services are confirmed only after full payment.
Prices are in euros and are non-refundable once planning work has begun, due to the research and personalized time invested.

⚠️ This does not apply to walking tours in Paris, for which payment is kindly expected at the end of the visit.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Making all bookings (transport, accommodation, activities)

• Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)

• Obtaining necessary travel authorizations

• Subscribing to appropriate travel insurance (cancellation, medical, repatriation, lost luggage)

Italy Easy Travel shall not be liable for any consequences related to missing or insufficient insurance.

5. Liability during travel experiences
Italy Easy Travel cannot be held liable for any personal injury, accident, loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring during any travel experience, including but not limited to: walking tours, on-site accompaniment (Escorted Trip), or the use of a custom itinerary provided by Italy Easy Travel.

The client is fully responsible for their own safety, personal choices, and physical condition during the trip. It is up to the client to assess the feasibility of the itinerary, ensure appropriate footwear, medical fitness, and insurance coverage.

Italy Easy Travel acts as a travel designer and consultant, and not as a travel agency or tour operator. Therefore, the company cannot be held responsible for actions or incidents caused by third parties (transportation, accommodation, local service providers, etc.).

Participation in any experience or itinerary is done at the client’s own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Italy Easy Travel cannot be held liable for any disruptions or events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Refusal or delay in visa issuance

• Cancellation or delays of transportation (flight, train, bus, ferry, car rental, etc.)

• Changes or cancellations by accommodation or activity providers

• Financial loss due to lack of insurance

• Natural disasters, weather, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events​

7. Cancellations and Modifications

No refunds will be issued once planning has begun.
After delivery of the final plan, any requested changes may be subject to additional fees depending on the scope of the modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (itineraries, recommendations, documents, visuals) are the exclusive property of Italy Easy Travel.
They are strictly for personal use. Any sharing, reproduction, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
The client agrees not to share any materials with third parties for resale or redistribution.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information is treated as confidential.
Italy Easy Travel complies with GDPR and does not sell or disclose client data.
Clients may request access, modification, or deletion of their personal data at any time.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and after amicable resolution has been attempted, jurisdiction shall be assigned to the competent courts of the company’s registered address.

11. Subjectivity & Satisfaction

Italy Easy Travel makes recommendations based on experience, research, and best judgment. However, personal satisfaction remains subjective and cannot be guaranteed. Italy Easy Travel is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with third-party services.

12. Feedback & Service Quality

Client feedback is welcome and appreciated to improve the quality of service. However, it does not entitle the client to compensation or revision beyond what is stated in these T&Cs.
